DO NOT HAUL FOR

Do not haul for DXclusive Services. They have ripped me off for I've $30,000. I hauled Frac sand for them. They are located in TX. I have been waiting to get paid for over 3 months. Week after week they keep coming up with excuses why they have not paid me. When I was hauling for them they called me everyday to check on how many loads I was hauling. Now I can't get them on the phone. The two guys that called me were Eric Garza and David. They have an address in Rio grande TX. I'm not for sure that's where they are located. Do anybody have any info on this company. If it takes $30,000 to get justice I will get my money. I need your help in bringing these crooked brokers down.

If you u have a bad check that's theft of services go to the police file a report. Theft of services they'll go to jail any thing over 5000 is a federal offence good luck

You hauled one load for $30,000 and they did not pay you ?

I did'nt mean to be such a smart A$$. I know you more than likely hauled several loads for them and the combined total amounted to $30,000 What I don't understand is how or why you let them get that far into you for money before you stopped hauling for them. I would have been expecting my pay for the loads very quickly after I hauled them and if they did not pay me after the first couple or few loads that I hauled I would have stopped hauling anymore loads for them. $30,000 is too much money to let some broker or a company go that far before you would stop hauling for them. Just saying !

I hauled several loads and it didn't take long to get the price up. I always haul for companies and turn my bills in to a factoring company. I should have listen when the factoring co. Told me this customer did not have a preferred status. Anyway with them not having a preferred status I could only get half of what the loads pay from the factoring co. That half took care of fuel and the drivers pay. But now being over 75 days since the factoring co. Fronted me that money and dxclusive still haven't paid. I have to pay the factoring co. Back and I still haven't got paid from dxclusive .

My factoring company is non recourse. I always check with them online before I haul for any broker and if they accept them, I haul it. Email my paperwork upon delivery and it is in my bank account the next day. Costs me 5%, but I figure that in when I am negotiating the load rate. As long as I haul good loads, I don't have cash flow problems.

I thought the great thing about factoring services was that you didn't have to worry about trying to get your money, they take care of it for you. How much money have you paid this factoring outfit over the course of a couple years? Isn't that what that fee is supposed to cover? Otherwise you have no legitimate gripe about brokers if you're paying a finance company to get your money. In my opinion if you haven't to factor your money after being in business more than a couple months, your rates are not high enough.

Saying brokers are all crooks is like me saying all drivers are to lazy to open hopper traps, it's just simply not true. I'd bet the ratio of bad brokers to bad is about the same as lazy drivers to good ones. I'm just simply tired of hearing how all brokers are scum.

No different than people ragging on Factoring companies. It is just another tool. If used properly it helps you find out who trust for when you want to bill them on your own. Art Pfluger

Here is some information from a 3rd party website : http://www.quicktransportsolutions.com/truckingcompany/texas/dxclusive-services-llc-usdot-2387867.php Their DOT number is 2387867. If this is the correct company, their physical address is 6 GARZA'S COURT RIO GRANDE CITY, TX 78582. This can all be found by going to https://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/CompanySnapshot.aspx and using the DOT (if you have it, but I gave it to you already). Their listed phone number is (956) 500-7178. Good Luck

Justin, if an individual pulls freight against the credit advice of the factor, then they are basically on their own. I have been involved in multiple business's down through the years and have always had a factor. There are some customers that like to take 90 days to pay, I ask you, Do you have that kind of income to fund 5-10 trucks for that 90 days? If you do then I can show you other business options that make a lot more money then trucking. I only sell the notes that take longer then 14 days to pay. I feel sorry for the poster, but their factor told them the credit on the customer was questionable. Maybe they should have ran an Ansonia report for $8.00 and they would have been able to see the customer's current payment history to include outstanding payments. Justin I am happy that you have the finances to bank roll your company (no matter how big it is). But just because some of us factor does not mean we are charging cheap rates. We just don't want to be caught with our pants down and be owed to much money. I would rater loose 5% of a load then $30,000.
