Hi Carl, You can download the Scale Buddy app from the website www.scalebuddy.com - there are links for both Apple and Android phones there. Please note that you DO NOT need to sign up again to use the app. Since you are a BulkLoads.com user, you can just use your same username and password on the scale buddy app.

Why do all the scales show open all the time on the app. Are they listed that way till someone says that they are closed. One close to us is open according to app. But when you get there it isn't. I put closed on there. Does the app just assume it is open till someone says differently? Can't trust it to be accurate.
