I use Fleet-One. Accepted at most fuel stops. Computer access allows you to see driver transactions at anytime. You may also get email alerts for ALL transactions. I have my payments auto-debited every seven days. For example.. Whatever fuel I buy from Tuesday to Sunday is drafted on Monday. It actually doesn't come out of my account until Tuesday... You choose the day of the week you'd like (Monday - Friday). Application was quick and you indicate desired credit limit. Once accepted/approved they send you the cards in the mail and that's about it. Again, it is on a 7 day term.

I use debit cards out of my commercial account where I can add money every day myself for each driver it doesn't cost me anything I don't know if all banks do it or not. I have found it to be better because a lot of places that we go do not accept commercial cards or they are extremely expensive and I can go across the street and get it for 30 or 50 cents a gallon cheaper

We use Multi Service, they have a pretty good network with good discounts. They also have instamoney for washouts and lumpers, or shop expenses for those places that don't take our company debit cards. Like Jason we have commercial debit cards for the drivers as well. Sometimes the station across the street is indeed cheaper then the discounted rates, but they only accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. My suggestion is to have both if you can.

There are no swipe fees with the Multi Service card unlike some of the other cards, also you can set up cash advances for your drivers if you want with no fees as well.

Found them to be the best bang for the buck. They do charge a 1% surcharge if you fuel at Pilots/Flying J, and Love's but other then that, great to work with.

Fleetone seems to be the best. Look up NASTC. They are a discount program affiliated with fleetone. Fantastic group to be part of and they will save you a lot of money on fuel discounts at TA's and Petros mainly. It's well worth the yearly fee to be a part of NASTC.

I have used Fleet One for several years now and it works very well. Much simpler than Comdata. I also use NASTC Fuel Program and so far it has saved me $2026.99 off of cash price for fuel. This is for one truck and works mainly at TA/Petro. You are sent an email every day informing you what the price is going to do the next day and you also have access to a document that tells you what the price is at every fuel stop in their program nationwide. I highly recommend it to everyone. Before I joined, I thought it sounded too good to be true, but this is one thing that has actually done what I hoped it would.

Hello!

I"m with Reliant Transportation and we offer a fuel card to carriers, big and small. With our fuel card program our carriers are currently seeing discounts on average of just over $.19 per gallon. Our network consists of all the major truck stop chains such as Pilot, Flying J, Loves, AmBest, TA, Petro and Sapp Bros. If anyone would like more information, please feel free to call me and I'd be happy to go over our program with you

Thanks,
Brian Huber

maybe I am missing something but even with all these great deals and I've been calling on and with you posting 19 cents per gallon savings that still more expensive than what I can use my own debit card to the competitor across the street at any Joe Blow gas station that sells diesel. I'm just trying to get the skinny on were all these great advantages are to having someone fuel card verses using your own debit card I can't seem to find any positive results other than using my own card. Please advise

Hi Jason- Happy to discuss, feel free to give me a call at the number above. I'm in no way disputing that you're getting a better deal than $.19 however in my experience that is the exception rather than the norm.

Perfect example. ...last night I fueled up at a TA that posted cash price was $3.69. My price was $3.41. That was with fleetone on the NASTC discount program. At another TA in another state posted price was $3.99 my price would of been $3.42. At 100 gallons that's $57.00 savings. Pretty big in my opinion especially if ur running more than one truck

That's a great discount and similar to what we're seeing at TA Locations. I feel I should clairfy, the $.19 figure is an average over all of our fuel transactions. Certain locations are better than others and it also takes into account carriers that fueld at locations that did not offer any discount at all.

I use Fleet-One. Their online payment system and Fleet Check Maintenence is very easy to use, and the fees seem to be much more reasonable than Com-Data. I can go online and look up old transactions, and print them out by who made them, by card number and which unit without having to keep massive paper files

We use use multi-service, great network. Through them we are also signed up with sapp brothers. If your in SD,NE, CO or KS I would recommend signing on with sapp. They offer anywhere from 15-50 cents on the gallon savings. Well worth it when we have 15 on the road. Also, sapp sends us a daily detailed list of the savings on the gallon per the location. We have been very impressed with them and they cut us a check weekly for the savings. Nice little "slush" fund!
