Apologize for the wording my phone autocorrects stupid things soon as you send a message or post from it I was just wondering how they pay and if they stand behind their loads and do not throw a bunch of bs on the table

I'm not gone bash them something that works for one person might not for another. First time running under someone else authority as i have my own. They pay percentage they take 30% plus fees for misc. stuff ran out of laurel,ms only reason i went because they guy begged for my 53' step deck and he didn't have one everyone had 48 flatbed so they said you would get tons of loads based on my setup wrong ran alot of empty miles to much one way freight they said they didnt have loads in the area bunch of bull found my own loads but couldn't run them since i was under their authority. based on my experience go to "American eagle" or someone else or get your own authority. But that's my opinion on them your luck may be better...

Well if you keep your own authority then you can do better that way if they don't have anything you can load yourself, Planning ahead is key. Since you have a step deck know your worth that's considered a specialized trailer. In therory you should be able to load almost anything with your setup again plan ahead know what your bottom line is since you have special equipment you should get a premium rate dont haul cheap to get to a better paying load they will start saying that you can do less for all loads...

Go with a step deck cost slightly more but you will be more verisatile in what you can haul. Be safe with loading and unloading the tighter the chain or strap without damage to the load the better. If you can run both do it simply because both have high and low periods.
