What is everybody doing about "wait time"? We are pulling hoppers and for the last 6 weeks it is taking longer to load and unload. Thoughts anyone?

Kind of a double-edged sword..Unless detention time is grossly long,we are actually ahead of the game because we don't need appointment times at most mills and can roll in virtually anytime..Compare what we do to grocery warehouses..I'd sweep streets before I'd go to appointment times.
