Brokers

There are real good brokers out there Then there are brokers that in the grain business that only care about a load going one way and you are on your own with a hopper and a back haul. The. There are the brokers who offer a rate after they take their cut and want 3% if you want to get paid 2% 14 days out or full pay if you wait 3
weeks. Makes a person wonder sometimes A broker seems to have a phone computers and a cubical.
No expenses with a truck ex insurance tires fuel. No wonder a trucker feels left
out in the cold

Welcome to the paty Greg, this is what we have been saying for quite a while. Did somebody undercut your magic customer and you are now running brokered freight like the rest of us. I am just curious not trying to be sarcastic, find the good broker and stick with them through this rough patch. It they take care of you then after this is over we honorable carriers and brokers need to remember how we were played against each other.

Greg,

You can find a good broker or dispatcher. I dispatcher is working for the driver making sure that your truck stays loaded and working to get you a rate that you desire. Independent dispatchers have contacts with unlimited amount of brokers and shippers. You have options and opportunity.
