Obummers Welfare Home Ownership Program

Just thought I would share this with you hard working folks out there.

My cousin is down in Branson right now with a friend of his. His friend and wife are on welfare, they are buying a home in Branson, MO. Now when he told me about this little trip, I thought they were trying to conive him into signing for the home, but no they were not. They just wanted him to look over the house and make sure it was in good shape. Here is where it gets good.

They applied for a loan through a bank that specializes in loans for those on welfare for home ownership. There is a little clause in the loan application package that requires lenders to look at welfare as income for home ownership. So this couple that neither one works, and their kids now have kids that are on the system, are getting to buy a house in Branson, MO.

Let me tell you what, this really chaffs my hide. These two people don't work, the guy just sits around and drinks beer. She has been going to school on gooberment grants for quite a while. At one time my dad rented them a house and they were supposed to run a daycare center for him for the rent. Now you would think that two people could babysit eight kids right? No they could not, this is when we found out about the guys drinking problem. It took six months for my dad to get them out of the house, he had to go back and fix up crap they messed up, and of course not open the day care center up (which most likely was for the best). I had warned him that it was a bad business venture and not to enter into that with those people, but my mom told him they could do it. It almost bankrupted my dad, I had to help him out. My dad repaid me and has helped me out as well down through the years, so he and I are not the problem.

This program is left over from the Clinton years, and has since been enhanced by the Obummer to include almost paying their mortgage payment for the first 15 years. So basically we are paying 50% of their 30 year note. This is good stuff right here, why in the heck would anybody want to work anymore when you can sit on your hiney and get free money, free food, free cell phones, free housing. All you have to do is go to the right doctor and get them to stamp off that you are disabled and you are good to go.

This sickens me so much, because I as a Veteran can not even receive aid from the gooberment, they make me jump through hoops to prove that my injury was due to the Army. Sorry VA they forgot to write down that I was injured during a combat night jump, I guess the medic was too busy pumping morphine in me to keep me going. I as a business owner that has a great credit score and makes fairly good money, has to jump though hoops to just get a $20,000 credit line from a bank, with terms that are not conducive for my business. I as a taxpayer am supporting those that don't work.

No wonder it is hard for us to find good workers or hands anymore. The ones that run out their welfare just have to go back to work for a short period of time, and then just quit or get fired and jump back on the system. This needs to stop, we need to quit supporting these folks. This should piss all of us off that actually work for a living. This should piss all of us off when we see a homeless Vet and folks like those described above are getting free aid. I would rather help out the warriers that fought for us then those that have produced nothing. These people that I have described are able bodied, and have the ability to at least work at McDonald's or as a custodian someplace. NOOOOOOO THEY GET A FREE RIDE FROM US!!!!!! MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE!!!!!!!!

Huh I guess I need to start drinking and then I can just send the gooberment the bill for my trucks. I reckon a house down there is about the same amount as what's left on my truck and trailer notes. And look at the bright side you'd only be paying for 5 years not 15.

Leave it to the gooberment to reward the stupid and the lazy and penalize the hard working blue collar folk who built this country.

I still believe if you've got 2 kids and are on assistance for more than 2 months (average time for unemployment) you are either denied your assistance or need to be fixed. Got a friend who is working on number 3. So he's 25 has 3 kids works a job that pays $10/hour lives at home with his wife's parents, and you guessed it they're on assistance. I was a bit of a dick but flat told him he either got fixed, or I was bringing a bottle of ether and fixing it myself. His wifes sister has I believe 5 kids with 5 different guys, works 14 hours a week (because thats all she can work and still get assistance) and she gets over $800/month just in food stamps.

God you just have to love the system.....
