I saw an article today from Overdrive that said it passed! I have a T 800 that's titled as a 2000 but when I go into Kenworth and give them the vin that ask is it a 1999?
How do I tell which it is? 2000 it's for sale. 1999 I'll keep it! |

Does this mean it's time to sell the truck and get a union job? Or have a physciatrist write you a note saying you cannot adapt to e logs, or other types of employment, so that you can collect disability benefits ?, LOL

Next big thing Kevin when the state figures it out will be looking at load origin and destination. Picking up off a railcar/port or delivering to the port then wham Interstate. Just a matter of time IMO. If not the state then the local CMV inspector guys will be hammering this hard to justify their jobs and bring in money for their city/county.

thats another place i'm lucky i don't go into any foreign trade zones, or haul any type "interstate" continuations. from what i was told , the locals pretty much have to follow the state or federal regs. with a few small exceptions . and from what i've been told from the state dot guys is texas and the feds don't get along to well. if you run intra texas has its own rule book.

Look at the VIN number. count back 8 digits from the end, if the letter is x it is a 2000, if it is a y it is a 1999.

It shows the public just how corrupt the justice system really is. It goes to court and a judge who recieves his paycheck from the government decide's to ignore all the fact's, and rule in favor of a flawed law, because the ATA payed his bosses off? So much for checks and ballances. The only checks that matter are the ones under the table. Trump is right about the system being rigged, and here is more proof of it. IF the ATA would have tried this shit in the old day's, a angry mob would have set stuff right. |

All over the road trucking companies are hurting for good drivers now and it will get worse by december. Every good driver has to hold out for more money, per mile or better hourly rates. The consumer will pay dearly for this government nazi type hold there putting on drivers that bust there asses off to make a decent living to drive a freckin truck. They think its easy just wait and see.
