The use of brokers

I see everyone on here down on brokers.as a driver with 20 plus years I used to be same as y'all.i now manage a small company 3 trucks and have a broker license.
shippers use brokers to keep there cost and liability down. Companies use brokers because they could not go thru the expense of traveling around the countryside searching for shippers that would or wouldn't let them in.there are good and bad brokers just as there I are good and bad drivers.
People on here want rate and shippers or commodity posted. Post your good runs on here and see how long you have them.just like the guy on here says he uses a broker to find freight then stabs him in back and goes around him.he is worse than the double broker.
My shipper doesn't allow me to post my loads . I do the leg work finding haulers.i hold $2 a ton which covers my cost of maintaining my license,bond,and employee wages.(barely)


So as an end to my rant it's really simple either use a broker you trust or spend the time and money finding your own shippers.
