Don't know if it has been discussed here or not. But it looks lIke it will cost 10-12 dollars per five axle vehicle. Does anybody know if the Illinois/Indiana IPASS transponder will work? Thanks

Looks like you are good. This is from WLKY website. You may check at riverlink.com also. If you need to the account is easy to set up.

Drivers who cover more road than that can look to the RiverLink EZ Pass transponder as an option.

“So if you're driving on the Indiana Toll Road, the Illinois tollway system, the West Virginia turnpike, this is the system that will help you there,” Wingfield said.

The EZ Pass transponder will be the way to pay for tolls in 16 states, and users can move it from car to car.

Transponders that can be used in other states cost $15.

Drivers who cross the bridges 40 times in a month will save a few bucks.

"RiverLink will credit $40 to your account to make the effective rate that you were paying $1 per crossing,” Megan McLain, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, said.

More information from the same source for those that have 5 or more vehicles.

Commercial accounts are also available for those with a minimum of five vehicles. A minimum balance of $20 per vehicle is needed to open a commercial account. Businesses should call 855-RIV-LINK, or visit a customer service center, to set up those accounts.

"Businesses will be connected with a specialized customer service representative. Arrangements will be made to exchange fleet information, and we will make the process as easy as possible,” McLain said.
