I want to apologize to all members who have been uncomfortable with the new mobile app design. We’ve heard you loud and clear and completely understand why you’re not happy. The reason we changed things is so we can add many more new and exciting features in the future. We are working hard to make changes to the new app from feedback we’ve received, and I promise you we will continue updating it until you’re completely happy with it.

Please update the app to the latest version.

There is a new update available in the app store. If you haven’t updated the app yet, please do. We’ve made quit a few changes from the feedback you’ve given us.

iPhone App: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bulk-loads-now/id641831669

Android App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ls.bulkloads&hl=en

Please let us know how the app can work better for you!

Providing constructive feedback on what you like or don’t like about the new app really helps so we know what to fix or update for you. We take every request and complaint very seriously and we’re committed to making the app work great for you.

If you have any feedback on the app, things we can change to make it easier for you, things you want us to add to the app, etc, please reach out to us and let us know!

You can reply to this forum directly, give us a call or email us at [email protected]. Jared and I personally read every email that comes in.

More fixes and updates around the corner.

We're working on making the maps work like the old version, issues with favoriting shippers and many other tweaks to make the app work better for you. Please keep an eye out for another update this week! I will post here when it's available.

Thank you for your understanding and feedback!

Hi Charlie, thanks for the question! That's one of many new features we're currently working on. With in-app messaging you'll be able to quickly and easily communicate with shippers/brokers on load details, rate negotiation, etc and it will all be in one centralized area for you.

Here are a few screenshots to give you an idea of how it will work in the app.

For some reason I’m not able to get all my favorite shippers to come up? I am only getting two.

Hi Eric,

Thank you so much for taking the time today to walk me through the issue you're having with the favorite shippers list not working correctly. It was such a big help.

We have found the issue and are working on fixing it right now. We plan to have a new update available either tomorrow or Saturday with a fix to this issue and a few others, along with changes to the way the maps work so they work like the old app.

I will post here as soon as it's available.

Thanks again!

Hi James,

Thanks for the feedback! I think what we could do is add a checkbox for 'Intrastate Only' when running a State search. This way the search would only display loads within the state you select.

Would that work for you? Are there any other ways we can make it easier for you?

A new update is available in the app stores! We've fixed up more bugs and made changes to how the maps and load searching works. We've also fixed issues with the Favorite Shippers search.

Please go to the app stores and update to the latest version. Any feedback is appreciated!

We're still working on making changes based on feedback from you. We will have more updates available next week.

Hi Matt, thanks for quick responese. If I understood your solution correctly, yes, that would help bunches. I liked old apps state by state in/out/intra feature. Haven't spent a lot of time using new one, perhaps something was there similar to that, but if it was I couldn't find it. Liked the way it popped right up on loads screen on the old one. Another quick question if I may, despite listing myself as intrastate only, I still get a lot of load recommendations for loads going out of state along with being called/emailed/etc by a lot of brokers/shippers soliciting me otherwise. Is there a way to restrict/filter all that coming to me? Does it just get ignored? It's been frustrating as I've been forthright in our capacity as a carrier and yet it doesn't seem to register or is being completely overlooked. Whether that's by choice or some other reason, I have no way of knowing. Appreciate the commitment to the trucking community and the excellent service and features here and the effort you as a company put forth toward that. Many thanks, Jim

If you want to fix the app,
First ban TQL
Second no loads posted for less than $4 per mile.
Thanks for your support. Got a note due.
