Odd that the def and nh3 even propane haulers get 10.50 to 11 dollars one way

fertilizer haulers for dry are offered 5.50 one way

same expense as hazmat haulers. For Def hazmat is not required

Not really compairing apples to apples here.

New bottles are impressivly expensive. Require wet kits and can be only used specifically for one product during each season. Cant just swing through an elevator to get a back haul and only a certain window for the season. I have to problem with the difference in price.

Everything transportation seems to be run into the ground these days, mayor Pete is on another fact finding mission to figure out why folks don’t show up when they get paid like fast food employees.

There are a lot of nh3 that start south and come north then go back south. Follow the season

Yessir, but that means they live in the trucks for months on end. I think that would also deserve a premium. If they are getting those rates it is because there is limited competition in their sector. Combine having to travel all over for work, expensive equipment, haz mat, etc.... Compairing to the Dry bulk we haul doesnt seem to be an apples to apples compairison.
