We have used them twice now and the communication with them has been very unprofessional. We prepaid the loads to get them delivered, we called to see the status of the loads as well as emailing. They have not responded to any of our calls or messages. Any help or advice is welcome as I am very frustrated at this point.

These guys are frauds. Booked a load with them from the US to Canada and the day after they claimed our credit was no good and needed the money right away. This has been the worst most fraudulent carrier I've ever seen. I would suggest if you need anything look elsewhere, unless you enjoy being ripped off by these losers.
