Reload denied due to Red Dog?

The broker and his customer were unsure of what it is, so we sent an MSDS and an agricultural news article on the product, and they canceled us for the reload because “they don’t want to take a chance...” Not sure what the issue was, but isn’t it basically Wheat Midds with some additional wheat stuff? Washing out didn’t sway them either.

Not sure what the issue was, but isn’t it basically Wheat Midds with some additional wheat stuff?

Washing out didn’t sway them either.
