whats your thoughts on this? hauled red dog, and was set for a reload. The broker and his customer were unsure of what it is, so we sent an MSDS and an agricultural news article on the product, and they canceled us for the reload because “they don’t want to take a chance...” Not sure what the issue was, but isn’t it basically Wheat Midds with some additional wheat stuff? Washing out didn’t sway them either. |

Last I knew, Red Dog was 2nd clear flour. Not good enough to be used for baking or anything like that but nothing more than a grade 2 flour

What I know about red dog It is a byproduct of burned out coal and it has a very high acidity level |

it is a a protien coproduct from wheat that is between the bran and the endosperm will also have particles of bran, germ and flour used in dog food for energy nothing more than wheat. |

That's a bad deal. You're right, Red Dog is basically real fine midds, with more flour in it... Never heard of anyone having issues with that. |

From now on it's just midds and I probably wouldn't bother loading for the idiot load board jockey that pulled the load away from me not even knowing the load he was questioning |
