Shippers brokers or are you a trucking company

Unless it's an exempt commodity, they MUST have a broker authority/MC number and an associated surety bond or trust. If they aren't required to have a surety bond nor an MC I personally wouldn't haul for them unless they had outstanding credit or some other payment arrangement was made via credit card or cash upfront. Of course you could always just take a chance on them and hold your breath that they'll pay you. Just be aware you're going to have to pursue the matter in court or through collectors like Baxter & Bailey if they don't pay.
