Tanker load potential

Hey all, I am working to start a new division of an established company we are merging into the liquid bulk/wastewater removal/disposal business. We have 2021 KW t880 tadc with 50 gal 2 line wet kit it avaialbe in the interum to haul anything and everything in the IA/NE/MO/MN/WI/IL areas. We are in the process of building a 150 bbl coded 407/412 vacuum tanker to service these areas.

Bascially looking to find out if there is a need and if so how much of need should we expect?
