Why aren't carriers allowed to see all the load info that broker/shipper post?

This may not be an issue for other types of trailers but it's extremely important for pneumatics. I just burned a week because I didn't have the type of pneumatic needed for the load. The broker added the details but I can't see them. I updated the app to the newest version but still can't see them. I thought the broker was lying but I was sent a screenshot. So they added valuable information that I couldn't see. This needs to be fixed. Carriers news to be able to see everything the broker adds.

Hello David,

Thanks for bringing this up. As long as you are a pro member, you should have full access to all the information provided on the load by the shipper/broker that posted the load. If you would, please reach out to me at 417-708-8806 or [email protected] and I will try to get this fixed as soon as possible. We try to make booking loads as easy as possible and are open to additional feedback on finding loads with us as well.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Cale Maher

If pro means paid subscription, I have that and was sent a screenshot of the posting. There's a comment section or something towards the bottom. I can't see that on the app and I have the latest version.

Would you mind sending that screenshot to [email protected] or 417-708-8806 so I can see what you are talking about?

Thanks,

I have found that getting to bulkloads from bulkloads.com works better than the app. Even from my phone I always use the web.

Cale,

Would having the membership affect being able to see whether a load is hazmat as well? I always check the hazmat box for my hazardous shipments but most carriers that reach out say they aren't able to see that. It is posted in full detail in the comments as well so the UN and Class number can be visibile but i often hear they aren't able to see comments either. Typically will just send screenshot load details to carrier.

Correct, to be able to see those extra details and contact information, you need to be a pro member.

After doing some digging, it does look like the app is not currently showing Hazmat markers or comments on loads. We will get this fixed as soon as possible. I appreciate you all bringing it to our attention.

Thanks,
