The bad news is that they have issued a stop paymant on all the checks as the lawyers decided they weren't getting enough of the pie. The question is who screwed the truck owners worse, Catterpiller or the scum lawyers.

Posted by a private BulkLoads.com member.	Posted by a private BulkLoads.com member. I think it was the 07-10 models.. had to do with the regen systems.. settlement was 1000-5000 per turck.. got my check the other day and it came back from the settlement lawyers with stop paymnent stamped on it.
