I've read and heard from various companies that CSA 2010 will add costs to the trucking industry that will be passed through to the shipping company. Has anyone else heard the same or different?

There is a lot to digest with CSA 2010 and it will effect everyone who operates a truck regardless of the equipment that they pull. For the most part is revolves around everyone dotting their "I's" and crossing their "t's", that being said there are a lot of things that are still in the grey. I have already been told by a number of carriers that the fines are off the charts for things that they should have gotten a pat on the back for. I will be writing a comprehensive monthly newsletter to help explain and provide educational materials for CSA 2010 along with general business tools to help carriers run their businesses more efficently.
