loads out of rifle co

I have always maintained that it is the shippers responsibility to handle their dust control problems not the trucking industry. It has got me in a lot of trouble with a lot of shippers and always makes for rather spirited conversation when we discuss the issue. I don't know about others, but we had more claims on moisture damage having the epa slots in the tarps than we have ever had without those things in the tarp. My purpose for asking the question was to make sure that anyone interested in hauling out of Rifle knew what they were getting into before accepting a load that they could not load.
