TX Tanker loads going north

When Olsta de-coded those trailers the code reclassification automatically cancelled out the required inspections You might find molasses or tallow loads but I can't think of any other shippers in this area who don't require at least VIK & UC inspections. I might be all wrong but that's my experience with uninspected trailers.
