American PetroLog developing transload terminal in New York

American PetroLog, New York-New Jersey Rail, and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey are jointly developing a multi-commodity transload facility in Brooklyn NY, that is scheduled to be fully operational in early 2020. Their site is located at the 65th Street Railyard, within the Brooklyn Army Terminal, has direct Class 1 access to both the CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads.
