Andersons, Marathon, merge four ethanol operations into one company

The Andersons Inc. and Marathon Petroleum Corp. said Wednesday that they have merged four ethanol operations into a new company: The Andersons Marathon Holdings LLC. The operations involved are the Albion, Mich., ethanol plant; the Clymers, Ind., plant, and the Greenville, Ohio plant — all three of which previously were jointly owned by Findlay-based Marathon and The Andersons, which is based in Monclova Township — and The Andersons wholly-owned ethanol plant in Denison, Iowa.
