FREEPORT, ILLINOIS, US — Easy USA Holdings Inc. has acquired Furst-McNess Co., which among other things markets feed ingredients, commodities, wet brewers grain and specialty feeds throughout the United States and Canada. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
