Graves: disaster aid bill helps grain farmers

(Washington) -- Northern Missouri Congressman Sam Graves is pleased with one particular portion of a comprehensive disaster aid bill. Approved earlier this month in the U.S. House and signed by President Trump, the $19.1 billion bill includes provisions to help farmers losing grain from silos devastated by floodwaters. Speaking on KMA's "Morning Line" program Monday morning, Graves says it was an important addition for producers in his district impacted by the flooding.
