ARKANSAS — Hurricane Laura is expected to sweep through most of Arkansas by Friday, just as harvest nears for several major crops across the state. In a release from the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Research and Extension, they said the storm will affect some of the efforts of the harvest season.
