MDOT to use 3D technology to monitor bridge conditions throughout state

MICHIGAN (WPBN/WGTU) -- The Michigan Department of Transportation and the Michigan Tech Research Institute (MTRI) are working together to develop a better way to get a close-up view of the bridge deck conditions across the state.
