Pestell Nutrition expands North American reach with acquisition

PAR, founded in 1992, is a distributor of feed ingredients, additives and related animal nutrition products. The acquisition will complement Pestell’s current operations and distribution and allow it to “cross-sell” between its customer bases, according to Wind Point Partners, which owns Pestell.
