KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — A major highway in northeast Missouri that is used by thousands of motorists a day has been deemed unsafe. A new report released earlier this week from GeoTab, ranks U.S. Highway 63 as one of the "most dangerous highways in America," and the "most dangerous highway in Missouri."
