Brutus, N.Y. — Part of State Route 31 just west of the village of Jordan was closed for much of the day Wednesday after a tractor-trailer hauling grain went off the road and overturned. The crash happened around 9:33 a.m. on Route 31, just east of Pump Road in the town of Brutus.
