December 17, 2018 Bulk Loads and CDL Legal have reached an agreement to provide discounted legal benefits to Bulk Loads customers and subsidiaries including clients of their factoring company, Smart Freight Funding. CDL Legal provides legal coverage in the event of moving and non-moving violations. They also help fleets navigate CSA issues by reviewing inspection violations and filing DataQ challenges on behalf of fleets. CDL Legal boasts a 92% success rate getting tickets reduced or dismissed.
