SCHUYLER, Neb. (AP) — A state highway in eastern Nebraska that’s been closed since devastating floods in March is set to fully reopen next week. The Nebraska Department of Transportation says construction and repair work on Highway 15 and a Platte River overflow bridge south of Schuyler will be complete Monday and will fully reopen to traffic. The roadway and bridge had been opened to one-lane traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals since June 1.
