A MAN will reappear in court on Monday charged following an investigation into the fraudulent sale and delivery of more than $86,000 worth of livestock feed in the Central West. In January, the Rural Crime Prevention Team commenced an investigation, following reports of fraud offences relating to the sale and delivery of hay and grain to various farmers in the Dubbo, Wellington, Yass Valley, Moulemein and Parkes areas.
