Pennsylvania bill would allow truckers to be fined for snow, ice accumulated on their rigs

A Pennsylvania senator has reintroduced a bill that would require truck drivers to remove snow and ice from their tractor-trailers before driving.

Senate Bill 94 would allow law enforcement officers to stop truckers if they feel snow or ice accumulated on the trucks pose a threat to people or property.
