A Pennsylvania senator has reintroduced a bill that would require truck drivers to remove snow and ice from their tractor-trailers before driving.

Senate Bill 94 would allow law enforcement officers to stop truckers if they feel snow or ice accumulated on the trucks pose a threat to people or property.

Sen. Lisa Boscola said her legislation was prompted by the Christmas Day death of Christina Lambert in Carbon County in 2005.
