Trucking tycoon’s estate will pay Texas $160,000

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality had sued the estate seeking to recover more than $200,000 in grant money it provided Hall to purchase 13 environmentally friendly trucks. Hall received $476,631 in grant money, but the company failed to operate the trucks for the length the full term of the contracts, the lawsuit charged.
