Young, R-Ind., was at Carter Express on Friday with representatives of the Indiana trucking industry to discuss the DRIVE (Developing Responsible Individuals for a Vibrant Economy) Safe Act. Young said the legislation will benefit users of truck transportation, producers and consumers and will make the economy more robust.
