Asset Based/Minded Broker Seeking Customers/Drivers

Greetings, I have read through many of the posting on this site, believe many of the objections against brokers are well founded. I honestly believe myself, the others at Pearce have something to offer--we are asset based (no we don't have hopper drivers/bulk carriers) but we understand freight does not move for free. I want to earn your business. Do you have loads that need moved? Do you want to work with another broker? Perhaps you are a trucker/carrier that wants to give a try. We offer quick pay: In many cases, our quick pay is a better deal than your factoring company! I have made it a point to learn about this industry; I don't claim to know it all, yet, when I speak with the truck, I want to get to know you. When I speak to the customer, I want to learn what the customer needs. I will work hard to earn the trust of the carrier and customer. Therefore, if you want to forward me loads you are working on (I DON'T DOUBLE BROKER), please feel free, let me know what you are paying and all important details. When I speak with carriers, I want to ensure they get all of the details needed.
