How can we expand this site for aggregate haulers?

Is there a way to use this site to reach operators and still provide confidence with ever changing schedules and pay schedules? We are based in eastern ND, operate steady fleet of 30 o/o trucks and pass up work weekly. Pay every 15th and end of month. Always get calls for side dumps, live bottoms, end dumps, belly dumps and dump trucks.

I am in missouri and always looking for dump work in this area but almost nothing gets posted on here as far as any local type hauling. Seems like most of that type of work is word of mouth so if you dont know the right people its hard to get work.

Please come and take 4-500 from western ND They don't obey stop signs out here no harm no foul they expect 145 an hour we pray everyday for rain so they get shut down as they say pray for me I drive highway 23 or death date on highway 8
