Need input on what kind of vibrators to mount on my Cornhusker, I have the small doors, unloading the past couple days has been... chanllenging. Looking for brands/vbm/force etc of what works best for you.

The small door is half your problem but Martin Vibration System has a very good portable vibrator that works better then most removeable vibraters. They are spendy but I think they are worth the money.

I have found that the Martin MT Fast is best for small door Hoppers. We have them on all our trailers and it works great.

He have run Cleveland and Houston Vibrators. We have better luck with Cleveland. I agree with the other guys. Get a large door hopper!

Thanks for the input. I know I need the big doors, I am just starting pulling a hopper around and eventually will upgrade to something nicer. Its a lot easier for me to spend money after I have made it than spend/borrow for it then wonder how to pay for it. I'm not the fed and can just print more... |

I know you probably don't want to hear this but, buy the right equipment for the job. This is the problem with hopper trucking, everybody wants to haul the "high solar" loads with the wrong trailer. Sorry
