The merging truck then passed him and took the right mirror off the truck in the process. Driver couldn't run the other truck down so he stopped and called New Mexico Law. They sent a DOT officer. The officer did a level 2 inspection and cited my truck for a damaged right mirror. The officer made no attempt to help with the info provided to find the other driver. Unbelievable. Art Pfluger

Posted by a private BulkLoads.com member.	Posted by a private BulkLoads.com member. I would be calling the county attorney in that county, it worked for me on a big speeding ticket and other tickets in other states, if you just tell them the truth they seem to work with you.
