Doesn't matter if youre paying by the ton, the yard, the pound, flat rate, the mile, or even per piece of lava rock, the bottom line is the the total pay divided by the mile gives the Carrier the rate per mile....what he's being paid to haul it for how many miles its moving. So if youre not afraid, whats the per ton price? Is that an all in price, or rate + FSC, and does it ship on a 22 ton min?
