Took some loads going to Kansas City Ks and st Joseph mo , the shipper communicated that we would receive a unload time after the loads were loaded we raced some trucks up to load them , got them loaded and asked several times for unload/dock times multiple emails , phone calls , finally I text the number to the shipper and was told we would be work ins and had to deliver over the weekend . Loaded Friday showed up in Kansas City because now that’s where we all are supposed to deliver , arrived at the shipper come to find out out of the 5 loads only 2 were on the schedule for Tuesday and the rest where not even in there system but the will work them in . Well it’s Tuesday and two of them unloaded and three are still sitting there they keep telling us the will get to us shortly and it’s been hours and no movement . The shipper refuses to answer any questions about detention and return phone calls or emails ! Driver beware it will cost you days of lost revenue and missed loads dealing with these people …. There are multiple companies sitting here that tell us the same story not on schedule and work ins ,first come first serve and they don’t even follow the check in times just what ever product they need goes first …
