If the proper protocol have been followed a follow up should be posted. These are stand up good people you don't make accusations with no back up or follow up. Art Pfluger

If it is even getting close to over due we have called and payment has been made immediatly or the problem found. I think you need to call and find out what is holding your payment and then let us know if it was a problem on your end or their's.
