What kind of a rate would attract liquid tankers to haul out of Glouchester Mass. to Julesburg Colo?

What is the product? Is it hazmat? How often is the run? Would there be any back hauls back to the east coast. Would be interested if it's a dedicated thing. You can contact me at 815-712-5771

The product is hydrolized fish oil used for organic fertilizer. Right now the customer is looking for rates to see if they can justify bringing the product in. Sounds like there will be about 20 loads. Trailers will need to be washed out per organic specification. Can you give me an idea of what rate you would need on a one way ride including your washout.
