This CARB thing is bad for most of us. If this is the way they wanted to go I don't know why they didn't allow everything to phase in on its own. Why did it have to done this way? The majority of the big companies would have bought this crap anyway. The rest of us would have caught up at our own speed. Haven't had time to research "AGENDA 21".
