Cooperative Elevator Co. is expanding its geographic footprint with the acquisition of Scoular’s edible bean operations, which includes processing facilities at Plum Coulee and Morden, Manitoba, and St. Hilaire, Minnesota, as well as receiving stations in Garske and Grafton, North Dakota.
