The hearing regarding the temporary restraining order requested by North Dakota Soybean Processors against the Spiritwood Energy Park Association has been continued until 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, in East Central District Court in Fargo. The hearing will determine if the restraining order will be continued.
