If you love trucking and barbecue, you’ve got to take a look at how one Texas trucker is combining the two worlds for a good cause. Veteran trucker and Texas resident Terry Folsom was recently featured on Ridiculous Rides on the Barcroft Cars YouTube channel for his 1997 Peterbilt 379 with a 76 foot barbecue grill/pit trailer that he says is the biggest in the world. The trailer features 24 smoking compartments and a firebox in the shape of the state of Texas at the rear of the trailer.
