BULKLOADS.COM RELEASES FIRST PHASE OF THEIR BULK TMS SYSTEM FOR SHIPPERS, BROKERS AND CARRIERS. THIS FIRST PHASE INCLUDES A DOCUMENT LIBRARY WHERE CARRIERS CAN SEND DOCUMENTS TO SHIPPERS & BROKERS THROUGH THE APP TO BE RETRIEVED ON THE WEBSITE.

The demand for digitizing tickets and bill of ladings has been pressing and even more so during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Bulkloads.com is the leading load board for the bulk industry and plans to simplify the entire load cycle process including but not limited to carrier procurement, dispatch, load tracking, document management, and payments.

The first phase of the new Bulk TMS System is a document library where all documents will be housed in the account for quick access. Carriers can keep tabs on all documents sent to shippers, brokers, and next day pay factoring services. Shippers & Brokers can sort and organize all bill of ladings and other documents sent in by carriers for easy paperwork flow. An alert system has been put in place where shippers, brokers, & carriers will receive notifications when new documents are sent.

'I believe the solutions built can improve safety and create efficiency by allowing the driver to be paid faster and the shipper/broker to collect documents quicker to invoice their client.' states Jared Flinn, Operating Partner.

The target date for the entire Bulk TMS System to be pushed out and ready to use in full is June of 2020. The program will allow shippers, brokers, and carriers to manage the full load cycle from their computer or phone screen. The Doc Scanning feature is already in use on the app for both free and Pro members.
