CLEVELAND — Trucks were still coming and going Wednesday at NAT Services along Grant Avenue in Cleveland. The company employed Paul Podgurski, Jr., who police identified as the driver of a dump truck that dropped thousands of scraps of metal along I-77 North on Tuesday. The accident happened just before evening rush hour and blew out the tires of at least 100 cars and trucks. No one was hurt.
